A concept design for the reconstruction of an office building of class C. The main objective of the project is the redecoration of facades, without upgrading the structural component. The project provides for combining the visual concept of facades with the new buildings of the complex. The problem of the chaotic arrangement of existing blocks of split systems is solved, the grid of window, door, as well as technical openings is compositionally ordered. With the help of modern facade systems, the pitched roof was masked, the main and auxiliary entrances to the building were highlighted, places for placing elements of the existing navigation concept were provided.
